We are seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support weekend gynaecology outpatient clinics, including hysteroscopy and colposcopy services. This role is part of an insourcing initiative aimed at reducing NHS waiting lists and improving patient access to care

• Patient Support:
• Welcome and prepare patients for consultations and procedures.
• Provide reassurance and maintain patient dignity throughout their visit.
• Chaperoning:
• Act as a chaperone during intimate examinations and procedures.
• Clinical Assistance:
• Assist clinicians during procedures such as colposcopies, biopsies, and hysteroscopies.
• Prepare and clean clinical areas and equipment before and after use.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage patient documentation and update electronic records.
• Support clinic flow and coordination.
• Infection Control:
• Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention protocols.
• Clean and prepare rooms between patient appointments.
