Your Role as a Health Care Assistant or Aide In this role, you’ll work closely with our care team, providing essential care and support to our residents. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Making beds, cleaning rooms, and ensuring residents’ living spaces are tidy.
  • Performing laundry duties.
  • Helping with meal preparation and serving, keeping residents’ individual dietary needs in mind.
  • Providing companionship and engaging in activities to promote socialization and mental well-being.
  • Supporting rehabilitation programs and collaborating with other team members to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A compassionate and caring nature with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to assist residents and perform job-related tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
  • Certification for HCA position
  • On the job training for Aide (Care Giver School)
