Health Care Aide – Various Part Time and Casual positions available
The Bethania Group is currently recruiting for certified Health Care Aides to join our dedicated Nursing team at Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home , a 147 bed care home located at 1045 Concordia. in Winnipeg, MB.
We strive to provide the highest quality of long term care to all of our residents. To that end we depend on the skills and compassionate caring of individuals in our Nursing Department.
The successful Health Care Aide candidates must have completed a certified Health Care Aide training program at a recognized training facility within Manitoba.
Ability to communicate, read and write fluently in English is a requirement for all positions.
Suitable candidates must be available to work various shifts including weekdays and weekends. We are looking for qualified and caring individuals that are interested in working Day, Evening and Night shifts.
Successful candidates are required to provide a current (within the last year) Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Search and Adult Abuse Registry Check.
All Part time positions will be offered a full benefits package with HEB (Healthcare Employees’ Benefit Plan) Manitoba for the duration of their position.
