EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation of clients as needed.
  • Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans is advantageous.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality support is essential for success in this role.

  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
  • Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
  • Foster a supportive environment by actively listening to clients’ concerns and providing emotional support.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in care practices.
