OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in both care home and home care settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they support, and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients’ needs.
