ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants to join our team, working within care homes to support residents with their daily needs. This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people’s lives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide personal care and support to residents in line with their individual care plans
• Assist with mobility, meals, and general day-to-day activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other professionals
• Keep accurate records and follow care home policies
