Salary Range:  $56,102.54 - $85,841.60   Works under the direction of the Sr. Accounting Manager of Housing and Community Development Division and is responsible for leading all accounting and financial reporting (internal and external) for the division. Verifies, documents, and accounts for expenses eligible for reimbursement under all programs to include funding sources administered by the division. Maintains data and generates various financial and Grantee reports to account for and summarize monthly expenditures. Compiles information from periodic reports into the annual Grantee Performance Report to meet HUD regulations for grant reporting. Assists auditors with annual audits and prepares adjusting and closing entries for submission. Provides guidance and assistance to assigned accounting staff including planning assignments, monitoring progress, reviewing work, and delegating routine and special projects. Reconciles and maintains the accounting system to detail, balance, and summarize all account activity. Directs and reconciles drawdown of funds to City general ledger detail.    
Responsibilities
