CRI Advantage is looking for a skilled HCM & PeopleSoft Developer to work onsite with our Federal Client in Idaho Falls, ID. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications within the Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft environments, ensuring the efficient operation and enhancement of business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various development tools and programming languages in both Windows and Linux environments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an HCM & PeopleSoft Developer in enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle development.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, and related BI reporting tools
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, and C#.
  • Ability to work in both Windows and Linux environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with cloud-based HCM applications.
  • Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes for system maintenance and operations.
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
Responsibilities
  • Develop Fast Formulas, Oracle BI Cloud Connector (BICC), and Structured Query Reports (SQR) to support business requirements.
  • Perform Maintenance & Operations (M&O) tasks, including troubleshooting, system optimizations, and patching for Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft applications
  • Design, develop, test, and implement PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle-based solutions to support enterprise applications.
  • Work with JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, and C# to create custom solutions and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and data extracts, ensuring efficient data retrieval and system performance.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system inefficiencies.
  • Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Support development and deployment in both Windows and Linux environments.
