Responsibilities
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including solution analysis, design, testing, integration, deployment, and documentation.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to effectively elicit critical business requirements, analyse, case manage, and resolve business problems.
  • Provide feedback and input to designs for system improvement and proactively identify issues, risks and opportunities for optimal business outcomes.
  • Take ownership over discrete pieces of work managing through the project lifecycle including system configuration.
  • Prepare associated documentation using a broad range of techniques that is simple, clear, unambiguous and concise language.
  • Respond to support tickets escalated via Level 1 and 2 support teams; ensuring appropriate levels of governance, resolution, and escalation where required.
    This role is internally referred to as Digital Specialist - Workforce Applications.
