Join us as a Solutions Specialist - we’re looking for a solution expert to be part of our program responsible for managing our HR applications, support and service improvements for the organisation and remediating escalated critical incidents, by applying specific functional and technical expertise and relevant domain knowledge to achieve optimal business outcomes.
In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key role in the full development lifecycle - from solution design and stakeholder collaboration to configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. You will play a key role in NSW Health’s major transformation as we migrate from our current on-premise HR system to Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring our digital HR capabilities evolve with our business needs.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in HCM Cloud design, development and implementation, within complex environments.
  • Focus on researching, recommending and implementing workforce technology options aligned with business needs, industry trends and HCM cloud capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage detailed operational work and intricate, multifaceted project execution.
  • Build rapport to deliver creative, effective technology solutions.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic fast paced team environment and champion an evolving landscape.

  • Elicit business process requirements by using a broad range of effective engagement techniques.
  • Consult with stakeholders to gather inputs and reach agreements.
  • Identify and resolve product and process gaps.
  • Document processes, raise and mitigate risk/issues to achieve program outcomes.
  • Implement, stabalise and operationalise the application long-term.
