EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL CERTIFICATIONS
1.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information System
2.Atleast 7 to 8 years of Oracle HCM Techno-functional experience in Support role.
3.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4.Implementation knowledge is preferable.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
1.6-8 years of progressive experience as techno functional consultant in operationalizing the Employee Lifecycle, the HR Service Delivery Model, and delivering an exceptional employee experience
2.In-depth technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Modules like CoreHR, Absence,Payroll,Goals and Performance, L&D, Talent and succession, preferably in hands on support role.
3.Strong knowledge on HR Modules configuration
4.Strong knowledge on Fast Formula, HDL, HSDL and HCM extracts
5.Strong knowledge on BIP,OTBI reports and Sandbox personalizations
6.Strong knowledge on writing queries, data extraction and support Business on data validation
7.Should have experience cultivating and supporting solutions across multiple HR functions.
8.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9.Developing testing scripts, test scenarios, support in conducting UAT
10.Conduct end user training, develop training materials and manuals
11.Conduct hands on UAT for release management and ensure successful fix of various bugs in the system.
12.Automations and continuous improvements
EXPERIENCE
1.6 to 8 years’ experience implementing at least 2 Oracle Fusion HCM projects end-to-end and hands-on experience on technical & functional changes in an integrated solution ecosystem involving Oracle Fusion HCM.
