As we expand our next-generation TalentFlow and Engage platforms, we are looking for an HCM Integrations Engineer to strengthen our integration capabilities and deliver high-value solutions for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and supporting integrations with HCM, ATS, or CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of web services and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SFTP).
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Node.js, typescript, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, SnapLogic) or proprietary vendor integration tools (e.g., Workday Studio, SAP CPI, UKG Integration Hub).
• Strong understanding of HR and recruiting workflows (jobs, candidates, recruiters, compliance).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD practices.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience working with ATS and staffing industry platforms (Bullhorn, Avionté, JobDiva).
• Background in HR/Payroll integrations and data compliance.
• Knowledge of AI-driven search and matching technologies.
• Ability to engage directly with enterprise clients and partners.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The HCM Integrations Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Daxtra’s product suite and external HCM/ATS/CRM systems. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, product knowledge, and domain experience in HR technology. The ideal candidate will partner with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless connectivity that drives recruiter productivity and candidate engagement.
