Description
WHO WE ARE TinyFish builds enterprise infrastructure for AI web agents. When most automation breaks the moment a page changes, our agents navigate, authenticate, fill forms, and pull clean, structured data from the live web at scale. Customers include Google, DoorDash, ClassPass, and Fortune 500 companies. THE ROLE A Senior Creative Designer who owns how TinyFish looks and moves across video, animation, and static design. You'll set the creative bar and make most of it yourself: storyboards, motion, edits, key art, the final frame. The default is that you make, not just manage; when a project needs more firepower, you brief and direct external partners. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In 30 days: a sharper visual system, a steady output of high-craft video and motion, and static work that lifts engagement — backed by templates and a vetted bench of partners. By three months, TinyFish has a recognizable, magnetic look across every format, and a production pipeline that scales. WHY TINYFISH →  Shape the visual brand of a category-defining company at the ground floor of the agentic web. →  Real ownership and range — video, animation, and static, not a narrow lane. →  Office-first in Ho Chi Minh City with flexible WFH, working alongside a global team. →  Well-funded and fast-growing, with genuinely good material to work with. →  A team that values judgment, candor, and shipping over process and titles. WHAT YOU'LL DO ›  Design & produce, hands-on: launch films, product demos, motion graphics, animated explainers, and static campaign work — start to finish. ›  Own the video pipeline: concept, storyboard, shoot/direct, edit, sound, and color. ›  Animate the product: UI walkthroughs, agent/data visualizations, logo and brand motion. ›  Build the visual brand system: templates, formats, and a look that's instantly TinyFish. ›  Translate technical wins into visuals: benchmarks, product drops, outcomes. ›  Direct partners when it counts: scope, brief, manage timelines & budgets, give sharp feedback. ›  Partner across the company and cover every channel: X, LinkedIn, YouTube, web, events. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ›  5+ years in creative/design, motion, or video production — ideally tech, SaaS, AI, or developer-facing. ›  A standout portfolio with strong work across all three — video, animation, and static — made by you. ›  Mastery of the toolset: Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma (C4D/Blender, DaVinci a plus). ›  A genuine sense of taste: typography, timing, color, the small details. ›  Efficient use of AI creative tools to ship faster at a high bar, and a habit of staying current. ›  Experience briefing & directing agencies or freelancers — and knowing when to make it yourself. ›  Solid writing and storytelling that makes complex, technical things clear. ›  Self-directed, comfortable with async; strong English. Curious about AI agents and the dev ecosystem. To Apply: Send your resume, a portfolio of your best brand & social work, and a short note on how you use AI tools. Show us something you've made NICE TO HAVE 3D, generative, or AI-assisted workflows · sound design or color grading · illustration · experience building a brand identity from an early stage · basic product comfort (you've used an agent or can read a code snippet).
Responsibilities
The role involves owning the visual identity of TinyFish by producing high-craft video, animation, and static design assets. Responsibilities include managing the full video pipeline from concept to final edit and directing external partners for larger projects.
