GENERAL INFORMATION Job Title: Environment, Health & Safety Supervisor / Team Leader 2. JOB PURPOSE Responsible for developing, implementing, operating, and continuously improving the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management system, including chemical management, laboratory safety, fire prevention and protection, ESG, and legal compliance, to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations across manufacturing, laboratories, and warehouse facilities. 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 3.1. EHS Management System Develop the annual EHS strategy, objectives, and implementation plan. Develop and update EHS policies, procedures, and standards. Manage the EHS budget. Prepare and report EHS KPIs to the Management Team. 3.2. Occupational Safety Management Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments. Manage Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), work at height, confined space entry, and hot work activities. Ensure the safety management of machinery, robots, and thermal equipment. Investigate occupational accidents and Near Miss incidents. Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs. 3.3. Chemical Management & Laboratory Safety Manage the registration of new chemicals. Conduct chemical risk assessments. Control Safety Data Sheets (SDS), GHS classification, and chemical labeling. Manage chemical inventory, usage, storage, and disposal. Oversee Chemical Laboratory, Reliability Laboratory, Analytical Laboratory, and R&D Laboratory operations. Monitor and maintain fume hoods, gas cabinets, and local exhaust ventilation systems. Manage laboratory waste. Develop Laboratory SOPs and conduct laboratory risk assessments. 3.4. Occupational Health Management Coordinate pre-employment, periodic, and occupational disease health examinations. Conduct workplace environmental monitoring. Maintain employee health records. Manage on-site medical clinic operations. 3.5. Environmental Management Manage environmental permits and licenses. Manage waste, wastewater treatment, and ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations. Conduct periodic environmental monitoring. Monitor wastewater, emissions, and noise levels. 3.6. Fire Safety & Emergency Response Establish and manage the Emergency Response Team (ERT). Develop fire prevention and firefighting plans. Organize emergency drills. Manage fire detection and firefighting systems. Qualifications QUALIFICATION, REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's degree or above in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). Minimum 2 years of people management experience. Experience in chemical management and laboratory safety. Language Good command of English. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Zero serious occupational accidents. 100% compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. 100% compliance with chemical management requirements.
