We have a long-term contract position for an HCM Training Specialist in Atlanta, GA  Please review the job description below and let me know - Position Title: HCM Training Specialist Location: Atlanta, GA  Interview Process: Either Web Cam or In Person We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Capital Management (HCM) Training Specialist to support Georgia agencies in implementing talent acquisition and performance management programs through the State’s HR system, Workday (GA@WORK). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver virtual and in-person training on Workday HR systems. * Support recruiters with hiring best practices, talent optimization, and recruiting processes. * Develop and update training materials and learning resources. * Analyze HR/training data and create reports and presentations. * Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration. * Provide consultation and technical support to stakeholders statewide. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma/GED and 3 years of HR-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience delivering training in classroom, virtual, or online environments. * Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting). * HRIS systems training experience. * Experience as a Workday administrator or trainer.
