OVERVIEW:

Seeking an HCM Training Specialist to support Georgia agencies in implementing talent solutions, focusing on talent acquisition and performance management programs. Role involves developing and delivering training on the state’s Workday system (GA@WORK), optimizing recruiting processes, maintaining training materials, analyzing data, and supporting the Learning Management System.

KEY SKILLS:

• Experience delivering training (in-person, virtual, multimedia)
• Strong communication and program management skills
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems
• Experience with Workday HCM modules preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS diploma/GED + 3 years HR experience (or equivalent)
• Workday admin/trainer experience highly desirable
