HCP ANYWHERE EDGE DEPLOYMENT & SUPPORT SPECIALISTJOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a technical specialist to deploy and support HCP Anywhere Edge, providing secure file services to remote locations with seamless synchronization to core HCP infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure robust implementation, availability, and management of HCP Anywhere Edge nodes, enabling secure collaboration and branch-level file sharing.Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support HCP Anywhere Edge nodes at distributed or remote sites.
• Enable offline access, synchronization, and backup of local data to HCP core via Edge services.
• Design secure access, performance tuning, and policy configuration for bandwidth optimization.
• Collaborate with endpoint, security, and infrastructure teams for smooth integration with existing systems.
• Monitor system health, performance, and sync status across Edge nodes.
• Provide user and admin documentation, training, and troubleshooting.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience with HCP Anywhere and Edge device deployments.
• Strong understanding of object storage, WAN optimization, and file synchronization principles.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking (VPN, DNS, ports), and identity services (AD, LDAP).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve sync issues, log errors, and client access challenges.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in remote office/branch office (ROBO) infrastructure design.
• Familiarity with HCP Anywhere mobile and desktop client management.
• Hitachi certifications or experience with similar edge-to-core file sync systems.
