Job Overview Administrative Supervisor (Billing Quality Assurance Analyst) is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all billing processes. This role involves auditing invoices, validating data, and identifying discrepancies to maintain high standards of billing quality and customer satisfaction. Duties and responsibilities Conduct daily audits of billing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and client agreements. Review Statement of Account for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before submission. Collaborate with billing processors and other departments to resolve discrepancies and prevent recurring issues. Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards. Identify trends in errors and recommend corrective actions. Support internal and external audits as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience: 1 – 2 years in billing, quality assurance, or auditing roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in billing systems and MS Office (Excel, Word) Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
