Description
To lead and supervise the outpatient physical therapy team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services. The role ensures that therapy programs are safe, effective, and evidence-based, while maintaining operational efficiency, mentoring junior staff, and upholding professional and ethical standards of care. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the outpatient physical therapy department. Lead, mentor, guide physical therapists and support staff to ensure quality patient care. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans as needed. Monitor therapy sessions to ensure adherence to treatment plans and safety standards. Review and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, professional standards, and DOH regulations. Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation for efficient outpatient operations. Provide training and continuous professional development opportunities for staff. Handle patient concerns and ensure excellent customer service. Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and departmental documentation. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and management in planning and improving services. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and recommend strategies to enhance rehabilitation outcomes. Background and Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid PRC license. At least 3–5 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably with outpatient or rehabilitation clinic exposure. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, therapeutic modalities, and outpatient care protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both clinical and administrative responsibilities. Location: HealthFirst Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday
