ABOUT IOF ACADEMY & IOF MAVERICKS FC

IOF Academy is a specialist football development company with a proven track record in delivering USA soccer scholarships and elite player pathways. We offer a full-time residential football and education programme for both international and UK-based students, operating from a prestigious private school on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border.
Our academy is led by a team of ex-professional academy staff and a former football club owner, creating a unique coaching and development model. This approach provides both players and coaches with genuine, structured routes into professional football, coaching careers, and international opportunities.
In Summer 2025, we are launching IOF Mavericks FC – a new elite grassroots football club offering high-performance coaching and competition. Based at an independent private school with state-of-the-art facilities, the club environment rivals many professional academies and will form a vital part of our overall player development pathway.
Our mission is to build a team of professional, forward-thinking coaches to help shape the future of IOF Mavericks FC and contribute to the growth and success of our expanding academy programme.
This is a paid coaching role with real opportunities for progression, professional development, and involvement in a high-performance football environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Who We’re Looking For:
• UEFA B or A Licensed Coaches (or currently working towards)
• UEFA C Coaches with experience managing in High Performance Football
• Strong understanding of player development models and a passion for coaching excellence. Assistant /trainee positions are available for a coaches mentoring system and please specify if interested in these positions.
• Must be available for coaching sessions twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and Saturday games day
• Own Transport
• Up to date DBS, Safe Guarding and 1st Aid
• Additional hours available on the Mini Mavericks FC program
