Responsibilities:
JOB ROLE
As head of global service line actuarial, you will oversee and lead the actuarial global service line of Allianz Services, comprising the actuarial service centers located in Romania, which is the largest actuarial hub in the CEE region, and the recently established actuarial centers located in India and in Mauritius.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You manage the global actuarial service line end2end
- You act as spearhead for cross-collaboration between locations
- You ensure growth and expand the current client footprint by developing innovative solutions and transforming processes
- You ensure the delivery of excellent customer services and best-in-market actuarial and risk management services (actuarial modeling and valuation, reserving, risk management, process optimization and automation, pricing tools optimization, data analytics) offered to Allianz OEs across L&H and P&C portfolios
- You forge strong customer relationships, partnering with clients, executive leaders, key stakeholders and global finance, actuarial and risk management functions across Allianz around the globe
- You drive a high performance and talent management culture by encouraging cross-team collaboration and leading by example to achieve positive results and continuously upskilling
- You embrace new technologies and upgrading teams’ capabilities to sustain future-readiness
