Job Description Ensures that all standardized recipes are utilized and followed by all culinary team members, and oversees ordering, inventory, and food controls. Adheres to all culinary standards and guidelines in preparation and methods of production, and maintains and sets sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards. Assists with maintaining a solution-oriented work environment through motivation and engagement, and helps in the training and development of colleagues. Qualifications Graduate of a degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline an asset. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as baker in a luxury hotel and kitchen operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong working knowledge on food safety and sanitation, baking and food preparation.
