The Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated Head Baker to guide our team in spreading the magic of sourdough. In this role, you’ll lead our baking crew, mentor them, and ensure our artisanal sourdough bread is always on point. You’ll manage everything from hiring and maintaining the highest food safety standards to overseeing supplies and facility management. This role offers a competitive starting salary of $19.50 per hour and the opportunity to helm a whole sourdough line of a beloved bakery brand.
Requirements:
You should be prepared to work on holidays (except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year) and adhere to our regular baking hours, which total 40 hours per week.
