JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Head Baker. This role involves making bread and pastries, working within our small team on ensuring high quality products, and teaching our team new tricks. We work with gorgeous local fruit and vegetable vendors year round, and care enormously about having a fun and productive work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• at least 4 years working in a bakery or pastry position.
• Deep knowledge of sourdough bread and laminated pastries.
• Ability to work in a small space!
• Love of local produce a must.
