What You’ll Be Creating (from scratch, in-house):

• Artisan sourdough and rustic-style breads
• Turkish-style breads & Middle Eastern classics
• Perfectly layered croissants & pastries
• Moist, fluffy sponge cakes
• Slabs of brownies, caramel slices, cookies, and more
• A rotating showcase of signature baked goods & café favourites
