In this role, you’ll be key in managing our award-winning sites and ensuring our events run smoothly. Here’s how:

GUEST EXPERIENCE

· Host and engage with customers to create unforgettable memories
· Share baking knowledge while building a warm, fun atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction
· Ability to manage events effectively
· Experience in hospitality industry preferred
· Leadership skills for guiding event staff
· Proficiency in baking for event preparation
· Prior experience in guest services is a plus
