HEAD BAKER – VIENNOISERIES

Middle Village | Full-Time | $80,000 annually
We are a high-volume wholesale bakery specializing in artisan breads, pastries, and viennoiseries for cafés, hotels, and corporate clients. We are seeking an experienced Head Baker of Viennoiseries to lead our laminated dough department, overseeing the production of croissants, danishes, brioche, kouign-amann, and other premium products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of professional baking experience, including 2+ years in viennoiserie/laminated dough
  • Prior leadership in a wholesale or high-volume bakery
  • Mastery of lamination techniques and viennoiserie production
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
