We are currently looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and professional Barista/Supervisor to join our team. This role combines traditional barista duties with full-service table hospitality and event support for reservations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of café, barista, and serving experience (supervisory experience is mandatory)
  • Smart Serve certification is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team in a calm, efficient, and motivating way
  • Comfortable working during private events or high-volume service hours
  • Attention to detail, a passion for hospitality, and a team-first attitude
  • Must be available for some evenings and weekends
  • A warm, approachable personality with a focus on hospitality.
  • The ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example.
  • A proactive attitude toward cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Café Supervisor, you’ll support daily café operations, provide leadership to front-of-house staff, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the Luxe Blooms brand. You’ll work closely with ownership to manage service flow, reservations, team coordination, and event execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service
  • Supervise, train, and support baristas and servers during shifts
  • Open and close the café, handling cash-outs and shift reports
  • Manage staff schedules, breaks, and floor coverage
  • Ensure all food, beverage, and flower displays are consistently presented to standard
  • Oversee special event reservations and private group bookings
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all areas
  • Address customer concerns or feedback with professionalism and care
  • Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of supplies
  • Support in making espresso drinks, cocktails, and food preparation as needed
  • Communicate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
