Job Title: Head Barista

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee offering and inspire both our team and our customers.
About the Role:
As Head Barista, you will be the driving force behind our coffee program. You’ll bring proven experience working with specialty coffee, a strong understanding of the science behind coffee extraction, and a passion for exploring coffee in all its forms of preparation. You will be responsible for training, motivating, and inspiring our barista team, while ensuring the highest standards of service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee bar
• Train, mentor, and inspire barista staff to develop their skills and knowledge
• Maintain consistently high standards of coffee preparation and presentation
• Experiment with brewing methods and ensure recipes are followed with precision
• Work closely with management to develop and evolve the coffee offering
• Engage with customers, sharing your passion and knowledge to enhance their experience
• Ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standard and troubleshoot any issues

About You:

• Proven experience as a senior barista or head barista in a specialty coffee environment
• Deep understanding of coffee, from sourcing and roasting to brewing science and service
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every cup
• Customer-focused, approachable, and able to share your love of coffee with others
