About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Head Barista to join our team in Kalgoorlie. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and other beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation within the café.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso coffee and a variety of hot/cold beverages
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with food safety standards
• Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and general café duties
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and milk texturing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and public holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude

Salary & Conditions

• Annual Salary: $73500, plus superannuation
• Full-time, permanent role (38 hours per week)
• Penalty rates and entitlements provided as per Fair Work Award
