OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team at nesso coffee in morley leeds LS29 8DX . As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages , Italian cafe food , Afternoon tea and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
  • Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Please check Nesso in Morley barista is expected to do food two days in week will be solo shift
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and serving.
  • Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience must have a genuine people skill with a smile on face .
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for register operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Manage time effectively to meet customer demand during peak hours while maintaining product quality.
