We’re Nettle — a small, newly launched café and bookshop in Port Sunlight with a big heart. We’re all about wellbeing, community, and creating a space people love to be in. Our drinks are a big part of that, and we’re looking for someone special to take the lead.
What the role looks like:

We’re after someone who loves coffee and people in equal measure. You’ll be the go-to for everything coffee at Nettle:

• Making sure every drink looks and tastes amazing (latte art is a must ✨).
• Training and encouraging new staff.
• Keeping machines in top shape and properly calibrated.
• Making sure we’re hitting our GPs and staying on track.
• Dreaming up new drinks and sharing your creativity with us.
• Setting the tone for the aesthetic and atmosphere around the coffee side of the café.

What we’re looking for:

• Fun, friendly, and someone who genuinely enjoys being around people.
• Skilled barista with solid experience (and latte art magic).
• Passionate about quality and happy to help others learn.
• Someone excited about wellbeing and being part of a small, growing business.
