We are Spicer+Cole, a small group of independent cafés in the heart of Bristol! We now have an opening for a Head Barista in our busy City Centre Cafe in Finzels Reach.

We serve the best artisan coffee and loose-leaf tea, together with super-fresh seasonal food, made from scratch in our kitchens each day. Breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, all made by people who care.
We work with local coffee roasters ‘Extract’ for our house espresso. We have recently moved to a curated coffee offering different blends or single origin coffees for white and black coffee. We are also serve a good quality filter coffee.
As Head Barista, you’ll work with our Head of Coffee and barista teams from our other stores to help select great coffees, through regular cuppings and training sessions.
We don’t just want anyone, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for coffee and a keen eye for detail; someone who connects brilliantly with people, to inspire our barista teams through leading by example, helping us consistently maintain 5 star service!
