IMMEDIATE START – PERMANENT CONTRACT

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Barista to join our team and work across LongPlay Coffee in Caerphilly and Parc Pantry in Malpas, Newport.
Both shops are known for excellent coffee, fresh food, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. We care about doing things properly – from dialling in espresso to steaming milk with precision – and we want someone who shares that pride in quality.

• Lead by example in preparing high quality coffee and drinks with care and consistency
• Dial in espresso, understand extraction, yield, and recipe ratios
• Confidently steam milk for all drinks, including alternative milks
• Support and guide barista team members, helping to train and up skill others
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen support when needed
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers with genuine hospitality
• Work with management to support smooth daily operations across both shops
