We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing are essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is required.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for processing orders and handling cash transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies, reporting shortages as necessary.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and support food service operations when needed.
  • Uphold all health and safety standards related to food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation practices.
