Company Description We’re looking for an experienced Head Bartender to shake things up with us in both Breman Brasserie. Reporting to our Director of F&B you will be responsible to provide a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated. Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines. More about us… A city so good we had to double down! In 2023 we have opened our second Hoxton in Amsterdam, this time based in the Eastern Docklands where we are lovingly taking the reins of the historic former Lloyd Hotel. This beautiful property features 136 bedrooms, including the introduction of some new rooms categories for the Hox, a large ground floor restaurant and huge outdoor terrace, a new bar and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept. Job Description What you’ll do… Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. Know your product and systems inside out, from spirits and beer, wine and coffee. Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily. Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole. Actively participate in the creation of new cocktails. Have a perfect knowledge of the different alcohols and cocktails served and the desire and hunger to learn more. Ensure the cleanliness of your workplace and hygiene and food safety (HACCP). Support the Baristas with making the best coffees in town. Keep on top of stock counts and ordering, making sure we never run out of what we need. Qualifications What we're looking for... Individuals.
