The Head Bartender is responsible for leading the bar team, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the bar, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role combines strong mixology expertise, leadership skills, and excellent customer service to create a vibrant and professional bar atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender / Senior Bartender in a high-volume or premium bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Positive, professional attitude with a guest-first approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification in Bartending or Mixology.
• Training in Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Knowledge of bar inventory systems and POS software.
