Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Oversee all aspects of the bar, ensuring the consistent delivery of refined and impeccable service.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full beverage program, including cocktails, liquors, beers, wines, non-alcoholic selections, daily specials, and recommended pairings.
  • Ensure precise preparation, garnish, presentation, and service of all beverages in alignment with established standards.
  • Supervise inventory control, requisitions, par stock levels, and the proper maintenance of all bar equipment and work areas.
  • Collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to coordinate service for in-house events, VIP guests, and special occasions.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate bar personnel to maintain service excellence and product knowledge.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
  • Contribute to beverage menu development and the curation of bespoke offerings
