About The Role The Head Bartender plays a key role in shaping and delivering an exceptional beverage experience across the hotel’s bars, with a strong focus on cocktail creation, product quality, and team development. In this role, you will support the Director of Bars in the execution of the beverage vision, contributing to the development of innovative cocktail programs and ensuring consistency in standards across all outlets. You will act as a reference point for the bar team, leading by example behind the bar, supporting training initiatives, and supervising bartenders in daily operations. Working closely with the Director of Bars, Director of Food & Beverage, and culinary teams, you will contribute to elevating the overall beverage offering while fostering a culture of creativity, craftsmanship, and excellence. What You Will Do Lead cocktail creation and contribute to the development of signature drinks and seasonal menus across all bar outlets. Support the Director of Bars in executing the overall beverage strategy and maintaining brand standards. Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages served. Supervise bartenders during service, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to Four Seasons standards. Actively participate in service, leading by example and engaging with guests to deliver memorable experiences. Support training and development of the bar team, sharing knowledge on mixology, spirits, and service techniques. Assist in maintaining organization of the bar, including mise en place, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Collaborate with the wider F&B team to ensure alignment between beverage and culinary offerings. What You Bring Proven experience as a Head Bartender or senior bartender in luxury hotels or high-end cocktail bars. Strong expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, and knowledge of spirits and ingredients. Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative and balanced cocktail menus. Passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and high-quality execution. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train and support team members. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure and standards. Team-oriented approach with a proactive and hands-on attitude. Fluency in English; Italian is a strong advantage.
