This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced bartender ready to take the next step and help shape something special right from the start. Working closely with the Bar Manager, the Head Bartender will guide the bar team through the pre-opening phase, coaching and inspiring them to deliver exceptional service once the doors open.
From the very first day, this person will lead by example ensuring the bar runs smoothly, standards stay sky-high, and guests enjoy an approachable yet unforgettable cocktail experience. It’s a hands-on role that offers plenty of scope to grow, innovate and bring personal flair to a project that’s already generating real buzz.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading the bar team on the floor, coordinating service and supporting bartenders and bar backs to deliver outstanding drinks and hospitality.
• Overseeing the cocktail bar, snug and lounge areas, maintaining top-tier standards and warm, engaging guest experiences.
• Clearly communicating with both guests and team members to keep service flowing seamlessly.
• Resolving any guest concerns with professionalism and care, always aiming to exceed expectations.
• Working closely with the Bar Manager to develop and implement cocktail menus, drinks lists and hot beverage offerings.
• Mentoring and training the bar team, sharing knowledge and instilling pride in every drink served.
