Responsibilities
  • Training and coaching other bar staff on beverage preparation, recipes and standards.
  • To develop a strong relationship with suppliers and brand ambassador.
  • To understand and operate the POS system and coach other team members.
  • To supervise the production sequence of all beverage products and bar sequence of service.
  • To train and coach other bartenders on the beverage preparation.
  • Beverage training for FOH and Bar personal.
  • To maintain the appropriate level of beverage stock
  • To supervise the production sequence of all beverage products and bar sequence of service.
  • To attend the pre-service briefings ensuring that tasks are followed-up efficiently prior to guest’s arrival.
  • To develop and maintain contemporary cocktail list including spirits and beers offering in line with Beverage Manager.
    As a Head Bartender, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
