• Understands the heritage of wines, beers and spirits and shares that knowledge and passion
• Innovative and looks for new ways to delight our guests
• Experienced cocktail maker with a good understanding of mixology
• A great communicator that manages their time well
• Can manage the bar in the absence of senior bar management
• Eager to learn and develop their management skills
• Charismatic and engaging
• Encourages upselling, team training and development
• Experience in a similar position and ready to take on a multi bar role
• Understands the importance of cleanliness and accurate recording
• Stocks and bar control measures
• Demonstratable problem solving skills
