Cocktail Menu Development & Beverage Curation Design, develop, and regularly update seasonal cocktail menus aligned with the luxury hotel concept. Create signature cocktails and innovative beverage experiences that reflect brand standards. Ensure consistent high-quality presentation, taste, and execution of all drinks. Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue. 2. Guest Service Excellence Deliver warm, professional, and sophisticated guest interactions in line with luxury hospitality standards. Take orders promptly and accurately while remaining attentive and responsive to guest needs and requests. Build rapport with guests and provide personalized service to enhance their overall experience. Maintain exceptional communication skills and a polished, guest-focused approach at all times. 3. Bar Operations Management Oversee daily bar operations ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage inventory control, stock levels, ordering processes, and supplier coordination. Monitor beverage costs, pricing strategies, and profitability to ensure cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, brand standards, and operational guidelines. 4. Quality, Cleanliness & Compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar environment at all times. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards, HACCP regulations, and safety procedures. Support implementation of standard operating procedures within the bar. Uphold luxury service standards and ensure consistency across all shifts. 5. Team Leadership & Training Lead, supervise, and support the bar team in daily operations. Train junior bartenders and ensure continuous skill development. Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance team environment. Coordinate effectively with Food & Beverage and other hotel departments. Qualifications Minimum 3 years in a position such as Senior Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or Assistant Bar Manager, working in a premium bar, fine dining or luxury hotel environment. Strong guest service orientation with a refined and professional communication style. Demonstrated creativity, leadership ability, and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment. Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and luxury hospitality standards. Experience with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms. Understanding of cost control, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
