Seeking an extraordinary Head Bartender, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter.
As our Head Bartender, you will receive:
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £12.98 (minimum contracted rate) to £18.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

We are looking for our Head Bartender, who:
- Have experience leading a large team in a high-performance operation.
- Inspires, coaches and mentors Bartenders and Barbacks
- Leads by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service
- You will be passionate and highly motivated with the ability to inspire your team
- Can work in shifts on a Rota basis including closing shifts

- Has worked previously as a Bar Team Leader / Bar Supervisor or Senior/Head Bartender in a hotel/restaurant environment
