White Sails Brewing is seeking an experienced, dynamic, passionate Head Brewer to lead our Brewery Operations and continue our tradition of crafting delicious, high-quality brews for our community of craft beer lovers.
The ideal candidate is an individual with strong brewing, leadership and planning skills who will create high-quality, well executed brews, innovating and creating in an established award-winning atmosphere.

Our Head Brewer will work closely with our General Manager in the operation of the Brewery and production planning.

We are looking for our Head Brewer to:

• Brew absolutely delicious beer.
• Oversee and run all elements of the brewing process: brewing, cleaning, transferring, cellaring, quality control, brewhouse and equipment maintenance, packaging, and research and development.
• Schedule production, managing workflow, planning and forecasting brew schedule to align with organizational goals.
• Manage inventories, maintain traceability protocols, maintain brew sheets, packaging logs, maintenance logs and other general administrative duties.
• Ensure best practices are being followed to ensure quality control.
• Work in alignment with our General Manager and Management Team in forecasting and planning capital investments, taking a leadership role in sourcing, purchasing and ordering.
• Participate in and develop long term planning and forecasting promoting Brewery growth.
• Represent White Sails Brewing at conferences and events.
• Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the White Sails brand.
