Responsibilities

INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced RICS qualified surveyor, including AssocRICS members who want to step up and lead a small team of surveyors to continue to delivering high quality reports and exceptional client care. You will also have the opportunity to carry out a small number of surveys every month on larger and unique properties.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in residential surveying as well as exceptional communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for quality control, this will include conducting regular audits and reviewing reports
  • Operational Health and Safety for our surveyors
  • Organising and conducting in house training with the team
  • Assisting with the professional development for the surveyors
  • Monitoring surveyors CPD progression throughout the year
  • Carrying out more complex and larger instructions
