• Lead and develop a team of 10 Business Architects and Solution Specialists.Interpret and contextualize business strategy into operational needs;
• Develop and maintain artifacts such as business capability models, value streams, and process maps modelling the business to enable improved alignment with strategic IT Architecture, and to help bridge strategy and execution.
• Conduct functional SWOT analysis of current data platforms and recommend build vs. buy strategies.
• Closely collaborate and align with IT Architecture and Business stream leads as primary partners
• Build strong relationships with Platform, Customer Interfaces, BA, Operations and Development managers and SMEs to seek further insights, validate assumptions and propose design approaches.
