Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to work onsite 5 days a week at our Head Office at 117 Clarence St, Sydney 2000. About the role Reporting to the Manager, Examining and Testing, this is a unique opening for an experienced Business Management leader to utilise their skills and continue driving key projects to deliver set outcomes. As the Head, Business Management you will oversee two direct reports and six indirect reports and manage the branch budget. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for: Managing and developing processes to produce high-quality tests and examinations whilst adhering to budget, resource and timeframe constraints. Implement NESA test and examination development processes, including quality assurance processes and security procedures. Provide high-quality advice to the Manager, Examining and Testing in the planning and implementation of branch processes including the use of technology and the development of tests and examinations. Manage and maintain effective business and administrative processes. Our ideal candidate will have: Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in program/project management. Experience working within set budgets, minimal resources and timeframe constraints. Extensive knowledge and experience achieving multiple project and operational objectives. Previous experience managing a team that have diverse skills and expertise.
