This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of meat preparation, quality control, and kitchen efficiency, supporting our commitment to excellence in hospitality. Key Responsibilities Oversee all butchery operations, including portioning, trimming, and preparation of meats Ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times Manage inventory, storage, and cost control of meat products Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to meet operational requirements Train and guide junior team members in best butchery practices Ensure compliance with HACCP and company standards Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Butcher or Senior Butcher in a hotel or high-volume kitchen Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills A commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism Additional Information Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?
