OVERVIEW

From now through to early March we are offering a 2 day a week Head Chef Role near to Lockerbie. We have a full time Head Chef and your role will be to be here when he is taking his two days off a week.
From time to time there will be more days on offer for instance when we have a bigger event and when our Head Chef is on Holiday.
As a hotel we specialise in Weddings and when we don’t have a Wedding on we are open as a three / four star hotel.
We are very well reviewed by our guests. Your food and organisation skills will be in line with keeping our review score incredibly high.

Pay: £30,401.77-£44,466.13 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
